Michael Pendley

JEHON LEONCE

Mr. Jehon Leonce has 12 years of experience in the aerospace and oil and gas industries. Jehon has a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University and a MS in Engineering Management from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. He also holds Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications. Jehon has 7 years of Heat Treat experience and is dedicated to process improvement and quality. Having began his career in mission control at NASA JSC, he is devoted to implementing the NASA principles of team work, effective communication and failure not being an option to the industry.

Brian Taylor

Brian Taylor

Mr. Taylor has over 40 years of experience in the heat treating industry covering virtually all materials and processes. Brian attended Blinn College where he earned a degree in business. He is a member of the Metal Treating Institute.

Annie Irizarry

Annie Irizarry

Ms. Annie Irizarry joined NHT in October of 2018 as the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In 2021, she became Office Manager responsible for overall coordination of a broad range of services/resources that allow the organization to operate efficiently.

Annie’s passion for people—specifically making sure everyone has what they need to be successful—is what makes her an office manager extraordinaire. She’s a team player who can easily handle everything we throw at her with grace, thanks to years of working as the program director of Sarah Care Adult services, an industry that specializes in memory care.

Annie is certified with CTRAC (Consortium of Therapeutic Recreation/Activities), NCCAP (National certification Council of Activities Professional), NCTRC ( National Council of Therapeutic Recreation Certification) also has an associate degree in management acquired at Lone Star college.
