Vacuum Furnace Brazing

Vacuum brazing is used to join a variety of materials. Performed at temperatures above 1700℉, the vacuum prevents oxidation and improves wetting of the base metal. Clean, high strength joints are produced without the need for corrosive flux. Distortion is minimized and braze quality is optimized.

NATIONAL HEAT TREAT has two (2) vacuum furnaces capable of vacuum furnace brazing.
